Prior to relief shifts, once dates have been agreed upon, you will receive the service agreement via email for both parties to sign electronically.  Once both parties have signed the service agreement our shifts are officially scheduled! If it is your first shift you will also receive a policies sheet to electronically sign.  

ATTENTION: Your clinic is not scheduled until service agreement and policies sheet are signed by both parties.
